Shipping policy
- In-store pickup is available Monday - Saturday, 11am- 4pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm.
- Choose the day you'd like to pickup your order during checkout. An email will also be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
- Your order will generally be ready within 24 hours if placed during store hours, otherwise upon opening the next business day. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements. Store pickup is free.
- LOCAL MAIL in 48H - Ottawa-Gatineau
- The minimum order value for a local courier service is $100. Deliveries must be made within our Ottawa-Gatineau delivery zone ( 10KM around the store). The delivery fee for courier delivery is $10. Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive delivery on the date chosen. Orders requiring a new delivery because the recipient is not available to receive the package may be subject to a re-delivery fee..
SHIPPING - Rest Of Canada
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) by Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 to 7 days, but the company reports delays. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $25. Free shipping for orders over $100 (after discount, before taxes)
